Job Description

Craft Pour House is a laid-back, community-focused taproom featuring an extensive rotating tap list of craft beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic options. We're looking for a friendly, reliable bartender/server to join our team and help create a great experience for our regulars and newcomers alike.
What You'll Do:
Pour and serve beer, cider, wine, and NA beverages with accuracy and careEducate customers on our tap list styles, flavor profiles, and recommendationsTake orders, run tabs, and handle POS transactionsKeep the bar, taps, and glassware clean and organizedCheck IDs, ensure responsible alcohol service and consumptionRestock and rotate kegs/products as neededCreate a warm, welcoming vibe for every guest who walks in
What We're Looking For:
Prior bartending or serving experience preferred (craft beer knowledge a big plus)OLCC/alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)Washington County Food Handlers Certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)Strong communication skills and a genuine love for hospitalityAbility to stand/move for full shifts and lift kegs/cases as neededReliable, punctual, and a team playerAvailable for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
Schedule:
3-4 days per week, 6-8 hour shifts (mix of days/evenings/weekends)
Compensation:
Hourly wage + tips
