Bartender/Server

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mimosa, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Square POS ensuring timely delivery Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas to uphold food safety standards and a welcoming atmosphere Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and balancing registers at shift end Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or nightclub functions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles. Current OLCC Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS syste,retail math skills are a plus Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws is preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Join us if you're passionate about creating lively, memorable experiences through excellent service!
