Positive attitude Food and beer knowledge or the ability to become an expert Must be in possession of (or able to obtain) a food handlers permit for positions that require it Good communication and personal skills Ability and stamina to spend an extended amount of time on your feet Working as a team a must Experience in high-volume preferred You must be able to work weekends
