Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our vibrant team. Candidate must have 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced cocktail & food environment, where exceptional customer service and a passion for the industry are essential. As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages & food, and providing an unforgettable experience for our guests. This is mostly a bartending position but you are also required to serve tables.•
We are open Tuesday-Thursday 4PM-9PM, Friday & Saturday 3PM-10PM.DutiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server/bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including TOAST POS, to process orders efficiently.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about drink selections, and recommend menu items.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes.
QualificationsPrevious bartending/server experience in a restaurant setting is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Knowledge of basic & craft cocktails builds.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
