Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, flair, and professionalism Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Manage cash handling, POS transactions and billing accurately Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and safety protocols Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service, catering, or banquet events as needed Uphold all food handling and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders during busy hours Promote sales by recommending specialty drinks or popular menu items to guests Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as square Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Ability to manage time effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality service Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus but not required Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
