Overview:

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team.!The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Interacting with customers, take orders, serve snack and drinks: Welcoming Customers, Taking orders. Managing orders, Handling food orders. Prepare Alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for restaurant patrons : Mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails, recemending drinks, knowing alcohol pairing and taste, and knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks. Not over pouring. Processing payments : Take orders. Accept payment. Return correct change. Prepare and serve. Check customers identification to make sure it is both valid and they meet the legal drinking age : Ask all customers for Identification. Know the acceptable forms of ID. Deny underage customers or those without valid ID Maintaining a safe, enjoyable and clean atmosphere for patrons : As a Bartender you are responsible for maintaining the atmosphere of the bar. Interact and serve guests in an attentive friendly manner. Cut off patrons who are visibly intoxicated. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies : Maintain a well stocked bar. Fill low liquor bottles, replenish juices, replenish limes, Keep clean glasses, replenish Ice, Ect... Stay focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Maintaining a clean work and dining area : remove trash, clean tables, wash glasses, ect... Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior cash handling experience preferred Prior customer service experience preferred Must be least 21 years of age Occupational Standards Ability to stand long periods Ability to bend and lift up to 36 lbs. Ability to multi task Ability to be flexible with hours Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills
