Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Have a good knowledge of our menu and preparations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; side work to be completed post-shift
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting; will train accordingly
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in using a POS (Point of Sale) system for order entry and payment processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
