Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Have a good knowledge of our menu and preparations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; side work to be completed post-shift
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting; will train accordingly
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in using a POS (Point of Sale) system for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume periods
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
