Paid training! Melt is part of Paxos Restaurants which was voted a Top Workplace in the Lehigh Valley! FOH positions have the potential to earn exceptional tips in a fine dining restaurant in addition to base wages! Successful candidates will meet the following requirements: Energetic with a vibrant personality. Knowledge of wines and wine service a plus. Strong previous work experience in a service/bartender position. Impeccable guest relation skills and a professional appearance. Able to stand/walk long hours. Able to clean glasses, utensils and bar areas. Experience with Aloha POS System a plus. Reliable with great attendance and a strong work ethic. Accurately maintain open tabs and payments throughout shifts. Build a rapport with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere. Available to work any shift, weekends and holidays.
