Bartender

Bartender - Glen Oak Country Club We're looking for a skilled, personable bartender to serve members and guests across our dining room bar, grill bar, pool bar and event spaces. You'll craft classic cocktails and seasonal specialties, maintain a clean and organized bar, and deliver the warm, attentive service our members expect. This role calls for someone who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure during busy service periods and private events, and builds genuine rapport with a regular membership base. What you'll do: Prepare and serve beverages — cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options — accurately and efficiently Engage members and guests with knowledgeable, friendly service Support event setups, banquets, and catered functions as needed Monitor and maintain bar inventory, requisitions, and par levels Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and club policies Collaborate with FOH and kitchen teams for smooth service flow What we're looking for: Prior bartending experience, preferably in a club, hotel, or upscale dining setting Strong cocktail knowledge and willingness to learn house standards Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification (or willingness to obtain)
