Ransom Ridge Winery & Farm Market is looking for friendly, energetic people who enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests. As we prepare to open one of Northeastern Pennsylvania's premier winery and farm destinations, we're building a hospitality team that believes great service is just as important as great food and wine.

We're Hiring:

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Food Runners
• Server Assistants (Bus Staff)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional, friendly service with every guest interaction
• Learn our menu, wines, ciders, beers, and specialty cocktails
• Recommend food and beverage pairings
• Work as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Help create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant or bartending experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals with great attitudes.
