Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Engage with customers to promote drink specials and upsell menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage trends. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems. Understanding of food safety practices within the food industry.
