Duties Knows how to create smoky/dry ice/fire upper level drinks Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote sales of drinks and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, while managing inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service during busy hours or special events such as catering or banquet functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Experience working in the food industry or retail math proficiency is highly desirable.
