Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling responsibly. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within the hospitality industry, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service. Experience in food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
