Job Description
Rooftop season is here! We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to join our team! Our current days open are Tuesday-Saturday, 4pm-10pm! Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, present menus, describe and sell both food and drink menus Assess customers' needs, preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Verify customers are of legal age by checking IDs consistently and carefully Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies each day prior to service Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks POS literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Have current RAMP certification or be able to pass certification within 1 week of hire
