We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Bartender at our Rustic Italian restaurant and bar

Job Duties include:

• Capable of learning AAA 4-Diamond and Forbes Travel Guide 4-Star standards; executing a high level of service to guests, focused on a strong sense of luxury.
• RAMP Certified
• Ability to manage alcohol inventories and assist with orders to maintain par levels.
• Ability to assist servers and other bartenders.
• Ability to ensure every guest is satisfied with their experience.
• Ability to ensure maximum profitability by reducing waste and using proper serving techniques..
• Knowledgeable of culinary techniques, and fine dining requirements is a plus.
• Possessing a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork, to coordinate with chefs in kitchen.
• Ability to work varying shifts. Responsible for understanding opening and closing procedures.
• Possessing a superior knowledge of mixology and wines.
