Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt service to guests Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering duties during shifts Assist in setting up banquet events or catering functions as needed, providing excellent service in both fine dining and nightclub settings Monitor guest consumption responsibly while promoting responsible alcohol service in compliance with licensing laws Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and basic math skills is essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding liquor laws; prior bartending or serving experience preferred Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a lively hospitality setting Join us to bring energy and excitement to every guest interaction!
