Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting with ordering when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling policies. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs. Experience with knowledge of various beverage types is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management in a fast-paced environment.
