PER DIEM RESTAURANT IS HIRING A PART TIME BAR BACK 25
hours per week
Rate:

This position is for our full-service restaurant and bar located on the wonderful Rock Lititz Campus inside the Rock Lititz Hotel! Come join our experienced, fun team in a fast-paced environment! Join out team today! We are looking for a motivated Bar Back to join our team! You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness of the bar, assisting with prep of ingredients needed for the bar, restocking, polishing glassware, and creating hospitality for guests alongside the bartenders. Looking for an individual who can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail oriented, care about performing quality work and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and related service areas. Assist with daily prep prior to service and restocking both before and during service hours Polishing, cleaning, and replenishing glassware and bar tools in support of the bartender Greeting guests and providing the first steps of service by providing menus and place settings and anticipating needs during guest experience such as refilling water or replacing cutlery Taking out recycling and trash, refilling ice, and replenishing bar supplies, ingredients, and beverage fridges from back stock Provide support to all bartenders and management staff as delegated
Qualifications:
Previous knowledge of food service regulations and/or hospitality focused business preferred RAMP certification Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift 40+lbs Able to stand for extended periods of time Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks Must have reliable transportation
Pay:
$8.00 per hour
