Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting drinks and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages with consistency and flair, and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including workstations, glassware, and equipment. Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines, monitoring guest consumption responsibly. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and notifying management of shortages. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and seamless service during peak hours. Help train new staff on drink preparation, customer service, and bar safety procedures. Experience Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role is required. Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage preparation techniques is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
