Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to provide seamless service. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance the guest experience. Experience Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or similar setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with guests in a friendly manner. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is highly valued.
