Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or small plates during busy shifts Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales and tips Experience Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability in time management to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and proper beverage serving techniques Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate billing and change calculation Knowledge of the food industry standards related to catering, brewing processes, and food safety regulations Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
