Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub shifts. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving policies to promote a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills. Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating engaging guest interactions. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience in retail math or basic math skills necessary for cash handling and sales transactions. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments within the food industry or hospitality sector.
