Bartender - Part-Time Octoraro Tavern | Oxford, PA Octoraro Tavern is looking for an experienced, dependable, and outgoing Part-Time Bartender to join our team. We are a busy neighborhood tavern serving great food and drinks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable behind the bar, enjoys working with guests, and can provide friendly and efficient service even during busy shifts. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to bar guests Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and mixed drinks Accurately enter orders and handle guest payments Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Monitor guests and practice responsible alcohol service Work efficiently during busy dinner, event, and late-night periods Assist with opening and closing duties Communicate and work well with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management Help create a welcoming atmosphere for regulars and new guests What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced bar environment Dependable and punctual Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Available to work evenings, weekends, and closing shifts Must be able to work as part of a team Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service RAMP training/certification preferred or willingness to complete required training Schedule This is a part-time position with primarily evening and weekend shifts.
