This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where no two nights are the same. From game days and nightlife to special events and late-night crowds, our barbacks are a huge part of keeping the operation running smoothly. If you thrive under pressure, move with urgency, and enjoy being part of an energetic hospitality team, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Keep all bar areas clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and supplies throughout shifts Support bartenders during high-volume service by anticipating needs and maintaining flow behind the bar Remove empty glassware, clear bar tops/tables, and assist with overall cleanliness of the venue Change kegs and assist with deliveries/restocking inventory Assist with opening, closing, and nightly breakdown duties Help maintain a positive guest experience through teamwork, speed, and professionalism Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous barback, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be able to lift heavy items including kegs, cases, and ice bins Strong work ethic with a team-first mentality Reliable, punctual, and able to stay organized during busy shifts Weekend and late-night availability required Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We're Looking For We want people who hustle, communicate well, and bring good energy to the team.
