Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations Manage POS system order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or event settings Handle cash transactions efficiently using basic math skills and retail math principles; ensure accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and cash handling skills are essential Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse personalities Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in food industry roles including food service or catering is highly desirable Basic math proficiency for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transactions Nightclub or brewing experience is a plus; certification in food safety or responsible beverage service is preferred Join us as a vital part of our team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
