Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process orders, sales, and payments while maintaining efficient cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment. Restock bar supplies promptly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, to keep service seamless during busy hours. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions, ensuring smooth operations from setup to cleanup. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred. Proven ability to serve in banquet or catering environments with attention to detail and professionalism. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures within the food industry. Experience in retail math for accurate cash handling and sales reconciliation. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings.
