Job Description
Front of House Team Members (Bartenders, Servers, Barbacks & Hosts) Taste Taco Bar | Philadelphia, PA Taste Taco Bar is preparing to open in Philadelphia, and we are building a passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven front-of-house team. We are currently hiring experienced Bartenders, Servers, Barbacks, and Hosts who are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. If you thrive in a team atmosphere, take pride in your work, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to meet you. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the position you are applying for
- Current RAMP Certification required
- Current ServSafe Certification required
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Bartender Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Provide exceptional hospitality and engage with guests professionally
- Follow all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations Server Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service
- Guide guests through menu offerings and make recommendations
- Accurately enter orders and communicate with kitchen and bar teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish Barback Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas throughout service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Ensure bartenders have the tools and products necessary to provide efficient service Host Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
