- Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We're looking for a Lead Bartender / Bar Supervisor who believes great bars are built on exceptional hospitality, memorable experiences, and a team-first culture.

- Lead the daily operations of the bar while setting the standard for hospitality and service.
- Help create the next phase of our bar culture and guest experience.
- Collaborate with
FOH & BOH
leadership on seasonal cocktail menus and beverage programming.- Advise and implement bar systems, standards, recipes, and procedures that create consistency and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and inspire bartenders and support staff.
- Ensure routines, side work, and bar maintenance are completed to the highest standard.
- Build relationships with guests that turn first-time visitors into regulars.
- Drive beverage sales through thoughtful recommendations, creative programming, and exceptional service.
- Partner with management to improve profitability, labor efficiency, and overall revenue growth.
- Help shape a bar program and culture as our team continues to evolve.
- Support FOH leadership with inventory, order guides, par levels, and cost controls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar while ensuring compliance with all safety and liquor regulations.
