Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of each shift with accuracy using retail math skills. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Uphold responsible serving policies by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and ensuring a safe environment for all guests. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and inventory purposes. Previous experience in food service or hospitality industries is advantageous; retail math skills are a plus.
