Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming bar atmosphere and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards. Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations in a personable and professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies. Accurately process transactions and responsibly handle cash and credit payments. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred. Working knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; cocktail experience a plus. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Must meet all legal age requirements to serve alcohol.

This position is classified as a tipped employee, with primary duties focused on bartending and guest service.
Pay:
From $8.00 per hour
