Heres what you can expect:

Serving food & beverages to guests following company policies and procedures Complete understanding of the menu & drink recipes to ensure excellent guest service. Proper service of alcohol including requesting I.D. & intoxication procedures Proper use of the POS system & cash/tip handling Comprehension of the wine list and pairing with menu items Keeping alert to guests needs such as pre-bussing, refilling drinks, and attending to accidents.
