In this energetic role, you'll support bartenders and service staff by ensuring the bar area is stocked, clean, and ready to serve guests with enthusiasm. Your proactive approach will help create a seamless experience for patrons at bustling nightclubs, events, and banquets. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hospitality skills while contributing to unforgettable events and lively social atmospheres. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies swiftly during busy hours Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste efficiently Support food preparation tasks such as prepping garnishes or light snacks for events or bar service Buss tables and clear empty glasses to keep the environment tidy and inviting Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to handle cash handling and order processing accurately Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards throughout all duties Help set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and supplies for banquets or special functions Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene and safety standards Experience in food preparation, catering, or food service environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and transactions Previous nightclub, banquet, or hospitality experience highly desirable Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant operations is a plus Kitchen or hotel experience can enhance your ability to support diverse event needs Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in the hospitality industry!
