Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their event experience. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards while handling food and beverages during events. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service policies. Assist with setup, breakdown, and replenishment of bar supplies during events. Collaborate with event staff to ensure seamless service flow in venues like nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering functions. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy events while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving at large-scale events or catering functions.
