Duties Design and execute eye-catching event decor that aligns with clients' themes and visions, including floral arrangements, table settings, backdrops, and custom installations Serve a wide variety of beverages as a skilled bartender, you must need to be RAMP certified. Create engaging balloon art and sculptures that add fun and excitement to events of all sizes Coordinate event logistics on the day of the celebration, ensuring timely setup, smooth flow of activities, and efficient breakdown Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, delivering exceptional customer service in both fine dining and casual settings Manage time effectively to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures during setup and service to ensure health standards are met Experience Previous experience in event decorating, balloon artistry or related creative roles preferred Proven bartending experience in nightclubs, banquet halls or fine dining establishments with knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage presentation Strong background in event coordination or day-of management for weddings, parties or corporate events. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling practices, and general hospitality operations Experience working in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using basic math skills like counting cash or measuring ingredients Must have reliable transportation.
