As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Assist with catering events and banquets as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with new menu items, trends, and recipes to ensure our offerings are fresh and exciting.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Demonstrate a commitment to time management, prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the bar during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Basic math skills to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Excellent hospitality skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and drink trends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
