Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a dynamic and energetic Bartender! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, crafting delicious drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and creating memorable moments for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment that values your passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Toast to ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, RAMP Certified a must. Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver optimal guest experience. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining; hospitality background preferred. Proficiency with POS systems, Toast; familiarity with cashiering and cash handling is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math for calculating bills, tips, and drink recipes accurately. Prior experience with serving and bartending Join us and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
