In this energetic role, you will ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy their time. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies promptly to keep service flowing smoothly Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, bar surfaces, and equipment in accordance with food service bar safety compliance standards Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas efficiently Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely and correctly Support food handling and preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards Manage bar inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in hospitality or bar settings Knowledge of venue beverage service, POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and cashiering procedures including cash handling is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking for extended periods Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and guests Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and order processing Familiarity with food industry safety standards and food service bar safety compliance requirements Prior experience with kitchen or food preparation roles is advantageous but not mandatory A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this energetic role Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your efforts directly contribute to memorable guest experiences.
