Job Description:

Join our team as our tipped Snack Bar Attendant. We are looking for someone 2-4 mornings a week for the rest of golf season, ending in late October. Shifts start at 7am or 8am and end between 1pm and 3pm depending on days and events. You will be the friendly face and efficient operator behind the counter at a beautiful and historic golf course. This role involves providing exceptional food and beverage service to golfers and visitors, ensuring a quick, enjoyable experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere, bigger tips, and will make every guest's visit memorable. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with speed and accuracy, including snacks, drinks, and light meals Operate POS systems efficiently Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards at all times Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately give change Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills and warming stations for food preparation Ensure food handling procedures comply with health regulations while providing excellent service in a quick-service environment Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older, as we serve beer, wine, and cocktails Previous experience is not required, but is a plus. If you have no previous experience, we are looking for enthusiasm to learn! Ability and willingness to be trained in our standards for food preparation, food safety management, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail transactions Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Join us in creating an inviting environment where golfers and guests can enjoy great food and excellent service!
