In this dynamic role, you will lead the bartending team, craft exceptional cocktails, and deliver memorable customer service that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Lead and mentor the bartending team to ensure high-quality service, efficient operations, and adherence to safety standards. Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence. Manage POS systems such for accurate order processing and cash handling. Oversee customer interactions to provide exceptional service, resolve issues promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; coordinate with management for stock replenishment. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in brewery or similar enviornment Demonstrated leadership ability with previous supervisory or lead roles in hospitality environments. Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts. Familiarity with beverage trends including brewing techniques or catering beverage services is advantageous.
