Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to restaurant standards. Maintain consistency in recipes, measurements, presentation, and quality. Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service. Follow proper procedures for handling garnishes, syrups, juices, glassware, and bar equipment. Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and accuracy. Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff. Follow all alcohol service regulations, safety procedures, and responsible serving practices. Complete opening, closing, and sidework duties to maintain a smooth operation. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred. Knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and standard bartending techniques. Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and consistently meet restaurant standards. Dependable, punctual, and prepared to work scheduled shifts.
