Job Description
Overview The Bartender is responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. They must be personable, professional and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 and is tip eligible Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until July 3, 2026. Responsibilities Operates bar, cart, or other food concession stand for public gatherings, sports events, or other Golf Course activities and events. Prepare cocktails, make drinks, dispense beverages on tap and in bottles as ordered by customer or table attendant. Take customer orders; provide information on menu items, suggest certain products to customer to help with sales mix and increase sales, as appropriate. Verify content of completed orders. Deliver and serve orders. Operate cash register to compute charges, present bill to customer and receive payments, make change as necessary. Keep condiment containers cleaned and filled. Maintain side work areas in a clean and orderly fashion; keep stocked with appropriate items. Maintain bar, cart, and dining area in a clean and orderly fashion; inspect beverages and glasses to ensure cleanliness; dust and polish furniture and fixtures, perform other cleaning chores as required. Transfer, receive, store, rotate and inventory bar/beverage supplies. Prepare requisition slips for various supplies, such as fruits, mixes, beverages, glassware, etc., as needed. Clear, total cash register at close of workday; deliver register tape and cash register tape and cash receipts to front desk. Notify management of any shortages or problems concerning food and supplies Qualifications Must have a valid Driver's License. Requires the use of simple writing, adding, subtracting, whole numbers and the carrying out of instructions; and the use of fixed gauges and direct reading instruments and devices in which interpretation is not required. Up to 3 months of effective experience. Must be Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certified or be willing to take the training as a condition of hire.
