Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items to enhance sales. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions with precision, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-serving in compliance with alcohol regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth operation during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service during banquets or catering events, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a lively yet professional environment that encourages repeat visits. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and hospitality experience preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while maintaining attentive customer service in high-energy environments like nightclubs or catering events. Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and retail math proficiency for upselling opportunities. Previous experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus; knowledge of the food industry is highly desirable.
