The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and an exceptional ability to deliver outstanding customer service. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately, utilizing Agilysis POS systems as required. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Assist with banquet services or catering events as needed, showcasing versatility in various settings such as fine dining or nightclubs. Skills Proficient in Agilysis POS system for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively. Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences. Previous fine dining experience preferred, along with knowledge of food service standards. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Experience in the food industry, including bartending or restaurant roles, is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism.
