This is a hybrid role — you'll bus tables, run food, and support the bar, keeping the whole dining room and bar moving smoothly during service. It's fast-paced, physical, and a great way to break into the restaurant industry with room to grow. Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests Run food from the kitchen to tables accurately and promptly Restock and support the bar with ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies Assist servers and bartenders during peak rushes Keep dining room, bar, and service areas clean and organized throughout the shift Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to keep service flowing Help with opening and closing side work Qualifications High energy and a strong work ethic Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and able to lift/carry trays and bus tubs Team player who can anticipate needs without being told Prior restaurant, bussing, or barback experience a plus, not required Available evenings, weekends, and some holidays Benefits Competitive pay plus tip share Ground-floor opportunity with a brand-new restaurant Growth opportunities as the team scales — a real path toward server, bartender, or lead roles Employee discount on meals Schedule Evening shifts Weekend availability Holidays as needed
