Lead Bartender

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils and glassware
• Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus
