In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food and beverage industry, thrives in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, and banquet settings, and possesses excellent time management skills. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and eager to return. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to ensure a positive experience from ordering to final drink service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing and efficient service Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to meet guest demand Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events to deliver seamless service Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by monitoring guest behavior and adhering to legal drinking age regulations Assist in training new team members on proper serving techniques, POS systems, and food safety procedures Skills Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without sacrificing quality Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and food industry calculations Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in food service settings Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting can enhance your contribution to our team Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel appreciated!
