Takes drink orders from patrons or wait staff and prepares and serves alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes. Mixes ingredients for cocktails, serves wine and bottled beer. Collects payments and makes change. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Setup bar with starting inventory. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar. Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff. Mixes and serves alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Responsible for securing payments for drinks Responsible for balancing your register at the end of your shift. Responsible for checking and returning inventory and supplies to stock. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be 21 or older. Must have a minimum of 6 months bartending experience. Must be T.I.P.S. or S.T.O.P. Certified. Must have basic knowledge or beer, wine, and spirits, and be familiar with standard drink recipes.
