Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items accordingly Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols at all times Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and responsible serving practices Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile cash register totals at shift end Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining environments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically while maintaining professionalism Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Previous experience in food service or hospitality industries preferred; experience in brewing or the food industry is advantageous Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift supplies as needed, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends Join us as a vital part of our team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
