Looking for that "special someone" for our Whiskey Bar.

• Candidate will, at the very least, have an appreciation for the world of whiskey. at the moment we have over 75 different varieties
• be charismatic and hospitable to all of our guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• must be TIPS/serv-safe alcohol certified
• Monitor customer behavior and intervene as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints

Experience:

• Previous experience in hotel food service or bartending preferred, but not necessary
• Familiarity with Simphony/micros POS system is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and cocktail recipes
• Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
